Hatton

We drove out to Hatton this morning.  Hatton Country World, as it is grandly called, is a combination of shops and cafes known as Hatton Shopping Village and Hatton Adventure World, an entertainment and farm animal centre.

We had a drink in one of their cafes, reasonable coffee, though a little pricey, then had a wander round the food hall, garden centre and antiques centre.  The extra shows a selection of the lovely looking veg they had on offer.

From there we took the short drive down the Hatton Locks, the canal centre on the Grand Union Canal with the infamous twenty one locks heading towards Warwick.  We took a walk, well Ann did most of the walking, I dawdled and took photos, along the towpath until it started raining and we had to head back to the car park.

The main picture shows a few of the many locks, in the far distance is the tower of St Mary's church in Warwick.  Ann is approaching on the towpath, returning to find out where I was.
