Dwarf Sorghum

I had another annoying headache today at work (definitely spending too much time in front of screens), so I took a nice long walk through the fields along the hedgerows, through a small woods and down along an old farm track. About 3 miles, I think, in all. I loved the look of the withering dwarf sorghum. It is planted, I know, to provide game & wildlife cover - and it really works - I saw about 25 or 30 partridge and pheasant, bursting out of the cover as I tramped along, trying to be as quiet as I could.

The walk made me forget my headache completely, which was bliss. But, back at work, 10 minutes in front of the screen and it was back again. An early night, I think.
