Southwell Minster

Interesting day. Quiet morning in the office, then popped into the school to check the kiln. Stopped at the optician to find my replacement lens had been rejected by Quality Control. Won't be ready for another week...

Then Simon and I headed off to Newark, where he grew up. Poked around a bit, then went on to Southwell, where we are staying for a couple of days. Tomorrow is village churchyard hunts. A bit of family history research for both of us.
