Autumn Afternoon

We both went back to the lodge this morning to vacuum the floor after yesterday's work. It didn't take long, then this afternoon I paid my ususally Thursday visit to The Mate.

Every Thursday I pass this lane-end. Today I stoppped because I wanted to make sure I caught some autumn colour.

The weather hasn't been too bad here today but other places have had torrential rain.
