Why would anyone plant a Giant Canadian Redwood at the end of their property? I did ask and he said they just like trees. 

I put in an offer on the last property but didn't get it, so I've got three to view today, all cheaper which would leave me more for the kitchen.... whichever kitchen that turns out to be!

But the question remains and, if I bought this house, that gorgeous but huge tree would have to go.
