Sunshiney Sparkles

Invited the team to accompany us on a favourite walk this morning, the weather is so lovely, windy and fresh and sunshiney, and Mike was willing to take a break from the building work. Loved the sparkle on the water in the main, and the flock of geese, but have added an extra to show how dry it still is; the green is where the water has recently gone down. It's rained a little, but not near enough.

Gratefuls:
- sitting on a rock out of the wind, snacking on grapes and cashews
- fresh tangerine juice from our own tree, utterly delicious
- seeing the team getting excited about cracking open almonds from a roadside tree

And a very special extra - no pain at all from the plantar fasciitis, it's just gone!
