Today's walk

I caught the Metro to Howdon to meet the others.
From there walked to the Pedestrian tunnel under the River Tyne.
It's reopened quite recently after having lots of work done on it.
The escalator wasn't working so we had to walk down then through to the other side.

It was raining so we headed back across rather than go to Jarrow.
Next we went for coffee at Royal Quays then walked to Percy Main for the Metro home.
Thankfully no mishaps apart from losing my keys  AGAIN yesterday
