Sunset over the Shortbread Tin

"Is there no shortbread in your house?" Harry asks Albert in "Angels' Share" when Albert fails to recognise Edinburgh Castle.
It's a beautiful setting, but so difficult to get a good sunset shot of it with all the modernist crap along Princes Street. If you get a good view of the castle, the sunset is not behind it. If the sunset is behind it, there are the architecturally challenged 70s buildings in the way. Life is never easy in Embra.
