Little boats

I kinda love colder weather.
Surely its not because constantly raining or blowing or snowing, its because of the food I can prepare and eat and don't feel guilty of calories :)

This time I was inspired by husband who loves Porcini Mushrooms with garlic and he usually orders it any time he can see in the pub/restaurant menu.
I wanted to woo him today so I added few extra yummy pieces, I hope my habibi will like it tonight.

I'm attaching a recipe I found on the net if you wanted to cook something different. 
I added Gorgonzola cheese instead of Goats.

I will serve it with our beloved beet salad with feta and cool spices.
