Whole

Thought I'd have a slice of bread/toast from the big Khorasan loaf for breakfast, and was wondering as I sliced it whether I'd have just half a slice or a whole one....then I saw the hole. ;-)

We've started buying these loaves from the Twelve Triangles bakery - lots of little artisan bakers producing fantastic sourdough loaves in Edinburgh these days, but once we'd tasted the khorasan flour there was no going back.
