We’re gonna have a party tonight....

Yes it's that time of year again for the switch on of the Holt Xmas lights. I really love the couple of hours I'm there as the atmosphere is really positive, a band plays xmas songs, kids are having fun, adults are smiling, carols are sung, lights are everywhere, there's fireworks and a pantomime horse race ..... and I get to see and listen to the fabulous Ukulele Elves (bottom right in my postcard which is best seen large).

It's been a very busy day with my psychology group this morning (a talk on the perception of time), a haircut, the lights switch on and a photo project meeting on the magic of light.
