You made us smile

 
Tom Jones belting out “ Its not unusual” at the end of the humanist ceremony today made us smile.
It summed up a dear friend, so popular in his local community that they had to double the amount of chairs provided.
 
The family chose this poem, which encapsulated his life:
                 
“Don’t remember me with sadness
 Don’t remember me with tears
Remember all the laughter,
We’ve shared throughout the years.
 
Now I am contented
That my life it was worthwhile,
Knowing that I passed along the
 way
I made someone smile.”
