Roundhay Park

SATURDAY

I made a last-minute decision to head over to Roundhay Park in Leeds for this morning's Parkrun. I enjoyed the course and it was well-worth the 50 mile round trip. It's not exactly level and I finished in 25: 29. 

That's 24 different  Parkruns (out of 40) so far this year.

I had post-run coffee in the Lakeside Cafe  and watched the bevy of swans outside. 

A shopping trip into Halifax this afternoon.

I cooked dinner again. Sea bream on a bed of chopped spinach with bronze tender stem broccoli and a coarse celeriac, swede and onion mash.
