Car Wash and Sky

I treated my wife's lovely little roller skate to a mechanised wash this afternoon; as always I check the exterior after the wash for damage, but I failed to notice the loss of the little piece of trim around the nearside fog light – until later.  I returned to the site to find that it had broke off, so the plastic must have been brittle and I couldn't hold the car wash to blame.

But I took the opportunity to catch a post-sunset portrait.  It's an Audi A1 1.4 TFSI S-Tronic and it goes like a bomb, a lovely little car which is nonetheless pretty economical.
