Leafy

Short lie-in, which was very welcome. The fence guy came at 10 to be paid, deliver some (free) u-shaped things to hold géotextile down (can’t think of the word - they are sardines here, but not in English) and to be mildly told off for breaking two hedge plants.

Then gardening. I might have broken myself.

I came in at 4ish to get ready for picking up TallGirl from the airport, and I seemed to have brought a little of the outside in.

With TG safely gathered in, home for ham and lentils and all the good autumn foods Mr B had prepared, and a collapse onto the sofa. I should perhaps have taken more of a run-up to getting back into gardening. This last week has been a bit full on and ibuprofen-dependent!
