A new lens

I have been a bit frustrated lately, my camera has been playing up, and I can not figure it out. I have limited knowledge on my camera and am still getting my head around the settings and I really am in need of some lessons to at least cover basics. Being self taught has bought me as far as it can go.

The problem was with indoor shots blurring. I have always noticed my pictures not being clear, and having a slight fuzzy appearance. Up until now i have always though it was me doing something wrong. I decide to take it down to where I got it from for some advice and have them look at it. It couldn't hurt, well it was a big lesson.

I was told when I bought it the person who sold it to be had jammed on the wrong lens cap on to it and it was really not suitable for indoors, hence it blurring. Hmmm easy fixed right. NOT It was that jammed on that it could not be removed and it still remains on the lens as we speak. Now I had the battle to prove that I did not put it on and that they actually fitted it to it. After a long battle it was lost, and I defeated went to seek help else where. I went to a place that specialised in cameras and repairs them, in search of advice. They were wonderful, straight away. even saying don't give up on the battle with the other company they should give me a new lens. After a long battle with it and still no luck removing the filter. I had one other option buy a replacement lens.
I ended up upgrading my lens. After the lovely guy demonstrating all the different features, and capabilities of each one. I love my new one I can take pictures inside now with out them blurring YAY and the quality is certainly better. I have my eye on another little lens too, but after the money I just spent on a lens It might be a while until I add it to my collection.

I am booking myself into a few classes this year.
