Why?

Our local foodbank is running an advent collection.
We are lucky.
We can donate.
We can feed our family.
I hate the fact that we live in a society where foodbanks exist.
I hate the prevalence of "I'm alright Jack" rhetoric.
I am completely atheistic, but "there for the grace"...
So, I'll continue to do the little I can, when I can, and vote to mitigate and improve social care and welfare.
If anyone truly believes that they are immune to the vagaries of life, I suggest you read "The Salt Road"...
