The Band Stand

Out on an orienteering course there's no time to set up a tripod to cope with long exposures. I knew this was  blurred so set the flash to come on but no one else turned up for a couple of minutes and I was supposed to be competing, not hanging around waiting to take photos of runners,  so ran off.
