Some heroes do wear capes..

This is Lawrence Cowan , Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland’s Communications Director who   was outside Holyrood today spearheading the CHS #FundaHero campaign and marking World COPD Day this week.

But he is doing more . He is dressing as a super hero for the whole month of November to raise money for people living with COPD – like his dad.

How could I refuse to wear a cape for a few moments too ?
