tea

It was the afternoon of our monthly tea dance at work today, always a lively event. The wonderful John Caskie sang Scottish ballads, accompanied on the accordion by William McRobert. About 80 people enjoyed the ceilidh dancing, including trainees and staff (when they could be spared from serving tea, cakes and scones to our thirsty guests).

I always enjoy setting out the pretty old tea cups and saucers which make the occasion even more special.
