Espinacas con garbanzos

An all-time favourite tapa from Seville. It may sound boring, but it's very delicious and easy to make. Also low-fat, vegan, and healthy. At home we don't usually eat it as a tapa; it makes a good first course or light lunch, and we did the latter today, eating outside as it was such a glorious day. I took a photo so I could add it to my blog; the recipe is here.

No appointments today except for the intercambio which once again didn't have quite enough native Spanish speakers.  Slightly frustrating; my one-to-one was with American teaching assistant Chloe, whose Spanish is only slightly better than mine.
