I took this on the way back from the parcel office as C needed to post a parcel back. Then a few menial tasks but nothing much today.

I guess if I'm honest the fall I had has had a worse affect than I'd hoped. Shoulder aches alot now and my back hasnt really recovered. My left knee where I crawled on the gravel is still quite tender hopefully it'll all be better soon. Still off any major pain killers so Im happy about that.

Thank you all very much for calling in each day. I seem to have lost my inspiration at the mo but it's probably just the horrible wet weather we are enduring at the moment.
