Still Smiling

This is the only blip I've made today . I wanted to use it in T.'s diary on her speaking computer.
I'm astonished, that she is still smiling after the last inconvenient treatments. Every day is a new day...
She had a repair of two teeth. 
Another appointment before Christmas...I hope she is still smiling then :-))
