Scottish National Portrait Gallery

Had a spare 45-minutes between meetings whilst in town, and called into the Scottish National Portrait Gallery for a quick look around "The MacKinnon Collection" exhibition ...

... the snap above is of two small portraits displayed within the exhibition: Margaret Macdonald Mackintsoh, and her husband,  Charles Rennie Mackintosh - both taken in the late 1890's by James Craig Annan, who was a friend of the Mackintosh's.

I don't have any 'extras' left until 1st January, so can't show any more of the photos from the exhibition! --- but if you're in Edinburgh before Sunday 16th February, it's well worth a visit :-)
