Frosty bits

Brrrrr took me a while to defrost the car this morning- most frosty day of the season so far

Admin day in the office followed by an appointment at the local surgery which was pretty straightforward. Seems more people were calling for telephone consultations than were in the waiting room (pretty quiet).

Lovely yoga session which was in a super warm yoga studio- much easier to get bendy today, helped by doing yoga at the weekend.

Booked tickets to see a panto! Yipeee. Last one I saw was a few years ago when the Chuckle Brothers were on, they were hilarious :-)
