If you can't beat them...

Blue Spruce (Picea pungens).

We went out to the Lodge to have a look at the electrical work which had been completed in our absence.  On the way there the countryside was beautiful all the trees covered in white frost crystals.

By the time I was thinking about taking a blip there had been a sudden thaw and all the beautiful crystals have gone.  Instead everything was covered in droplets of water.  What do you call such a droplet?  Clearly it isn't a raindrop so what about "Frostdrop"?
