Instow Beach

A chilly start to the morning, frost overnight, glad my little car is in a garage. After lunch took a run over to Instow. Tide was well out, and there were quite a few people walking their dogs, in the sunshine. 

Back home now and as the temperature is dropping, I will be wrapping up well as I head out soon for my kettlebell class! Have a good evening folks :-)
