Smoothing out the rocks
Today, there was another essential man in my life.
I'm glad this one has a family and responsibilities because that means he's unlikely to be moving anywhere any time soon. On my second bucket of Voltarol, I figured it was about time to visit Wes. Never have I met such a good physio.
He seems to have stopped a random but frequent twinge I was getting on the inside of my hamstring that I've had for months which he reckons is likely to be trapped nerves from tight muscles elsewhere. I just thought it was an unstretchable hamstring. And I didn't actually go for that.
He's tackled the rocks in my back and sides which left me walking out much lighter than I walked in.
Now why didn't I do that sooner?!
