Shining Light

It's so good to be back in Portugal, where eating is taken seriously and every square and shop has its own Nativity scene. Loved the detail in this one in front of the main church, and the light shining over it, you can see it in the corners.

We had breakfast in Alcochete, across from Lisbon, and then lunch in Vendas Novas with Padre Luís, long, leisurely, delicious, three courses for the three of us with wine, for 18 euros. How eating should be, accompanied with good conversation and lots of love.

Terrible photo in extra, but want to leave a record of Lisbon from the air last night, you can see both bridges across the Tagus, it is such a beautiful city, night or day, near or far. And moonlight on the plane's wings, magical it was.

And now we are home in our cozy lair, and off to the Bible study in a bit...

Gratefuls:
- being with Mike again
- that I get to live somewhere I love
- good food with a good friend
