It was club climbing day and, perhaps not surprisingly, there were only three of us. We headed to Burbage North, somewhere I haven't climbed before, but we only stayed for a couple of hours as it was cold and the wind was becoming increasingly strong, so this was the only photo I took.

A young couple arrived next to us. Mum had a baby inside her coat against the wind and they had a two year old as well who was crying because he was cold. Dad quickly soloed a few routes, he'd obviously climbed them before, and then they walked back to the car. I imagine Mum and the children were quite relieved!

We called at Outside and had a cuppa, and I bumped into D and her partner, before we had a quick drink in the pub on the way home.
