Had To Be Done

Nisha was at the vet today to be spayed.  She's not a happy cat at the moment.  And the only place where she feels safe and is quiet is on G's lap.  

If she gets let down on the ground, she goes a little nuts.  And the anaesthetic hasn't entirely worn off so she's not as (German word of the Day) "flink*" as she usually is.  She tried to run after Munni but it wasn't a Nisha run more of a Nisha flump.

She'll stay around G until tomorrow when I hope that both of them will be a bit happier.

In other news, we had the first snow today.  It started early afternoon, and it's still snowing.  It's white outside and it "knirsches**".  But it is over 0°C though and I hope it will all have melted by morning - my bus company doesn't need any more excuses to provide even worse service.

And if you want to know, Nisha has to wear the cone until the 21st.  Poor little soul.
