Christmas Plums

This morning Annabel came past with a red bucket on her way to pick plums at Barbara's house.  Barbara had said we could help ourselves.  The birds have been getting to the ones that have fallen on the ground but the tree is loaded.  It is an early plum with yellow flesh.  The land slopes away under the tree and over time the branches have grown out and formed a tunnel.  Here is Annabel filling her bucket.
