Garden Art....

This is Dougal the dog. He is one of my modest collection of garden art. Most of the collection are ceramic cats. I love them and was so sad when Jenny, their maker from Motueka died in recent years. She was so talented and is sadly missed.
Early tomorrow a team of military and police will attempt to land on the now infamous volcanic White Island to recover the bodies of the eight people who failed to get off the island during the recent disastrous explosion a few days ago. We wish them well and hope they stay safe.
