The briefest glimpse off the sun

Is this what the Met Office call a "bright interval" it lasted all of half a minute before the clouds closed in again. Despite bare branches there is still a little colour to be seen in the trees when illuminated by the sun. Another day of very heavy showers, mainly this morning, with an overcast afternoon.
