Admiring the turkey

We admired the turkey too - its colours were amazing in the sun! (see extra)  No saturation required. I also admired the butterfly on the back of the woman's hoodie.
It's G's birthday today and the weather was perfect for a walk in Ruckle Park. It's been awhile since we've been there, so it was lovely to stop and sit in the sun and enjoy its warmth. We had lunch out with a friend on Friday, so I'm making a mushroom moussaka for his birthday supper. We haven't had it for ages and it's always delicious. I might still have a chance to make a clafoutis with some of the figs I froze. 
We got a really creative card from fellow blipper NannaK! A big surprise that made us feel very special. Thanks, K!
