La Plata Town Hall

The La Plata Town Hall is the pride of La Plata. It was built after the tornado destroyed the town back in 2002. 
I shot this from the middle of the road and was quite worried about a car coming. Luckily, the next car drove through just after this shot.
Tonight I turned off the auto iso so as to do a timed exposure. The little sand bag from Amazon worked well to stabilize the camera.
