Festive Jumper for a lover of Border Terriers

My friend Morna, owner of Togbe the Border Terrier who has appeared many times on Blip, couldn't resist sending for this jumper ..... I'm not surprised!

Another very dismal day ..... a day for travelling about in the car and trying to keep dry.
