Christmas markets, Munich

Escape plan hatched! Three days of European culture. I arrived at 7am, and froze! Minus 4... after 22.. but so good to have a change.

I spent the day wandering around Christmas markets and shops. Apple strudel for breakfast, hot nuts to go with the mulled wine fortified with spirit to warm me up! A hearty meal of much missed roast pork and red wine for dinner at Augustiner, a beer hall recommended by Digitaldaze. A good first day!
