Meet Chippy

Chippy is our granddughters’ ‘elf-on-the-shelf’. If you are not familiar with the elf - basically he/she is a ‘watcher’ for Santa, keeping an eye out for naughty children. Each night he returns to the north pole to report to Santa. When he comes home (in time for the children waking up) he has been up to some sort of mischief. The game is for the children to spot him/her.

He may be up the tree, be hanging from the lamp or curtain pole…or some other prank. Today this particular elf had been playing on a toy wheelchair in the living room.

As you can tell it was babysitting day again…and I had to find a blip. Footpaths too icy to venture out this morning, so indoor blip it was.
