Excess

I am definitely guilty of never quite knowing when to stop in processing photographs, and sometimes overcook the resultant picture.

This evening I walked past this garden and I wonder if the decoration has been taken to excess? Very colourful when it is dark, instead it looks quite shabby in daylight.
