Wellington Square

I have had an unplanned trip to Twyford this week as the central heating is not working. It is better to get it fixed before there is any really cold weather in the normally balmy SE of England.

Today was quite balmy, the temperature was almost in double figures. Some rain though not particularly heavy.

An engineer came and fixed the heating, so time to head back up north.

The picture shows what must have been quite an impressive house in the centre of the village when it was built in the mid 19th century. Not one of the oldest buildings in the village, there are others that predate it by many years. The extra (if it has loaded) gives a bit more information about the building.
