Far too much screen time (AT234)

Having said to my Osteopath I would go for a walk this afternoon I ended up spending far to much time in front of a PC screen!

I did manage to get my Lightroom catalogue files onto an SSD, and all of the other files onto a separate drive.  Hopefully that will speed things up a little - but I'm not sure it has done my lower spine, eyesight or state of mind any good ... is it supposed to look like this?

Now off to watch Giri/Haji which we recorded while away, not Killing Eve, but pretty wierd all the same :-)
