Depression...

Yes, it is Christmas Eve...but that doesn't mean depression is on holiday. Those with depression can have more exaggerated symptoms during the holiday even, myself included...

Today has not been a good day for me. In fact, it has probably been the worst depressive episode I can recall. Thankfully I have a wife who, although she suffers with depression too, can offer me the support I need when I need it.

Here's to tomorrow being a better day!
