The day before

It’s Christmas Eve and I’ve tried to get as ready as I can for Christmas. I don’t know how many times I’ve washed my hands between sticking them in raw meat.

I started the day by making a loaf followed by making dairy free gingerbread. I’ve needed the gingerbread for tomorrow’s pudding - Little mincemeat soufflés. I’ve made those too.

I’ve also made the stuffing and stuffed the turkey. So we are ready to go.
