Now, as I see it......

It wasn't me.....

When we did an archaeological tour of the Peloponnese in 2018 W brought back a souvenir copy of a ram; the original was Mycenaean and would have dated back to around 1500 BCE.  Sadly, it suffered a Christmas decoration related injury (not by me) when it got knocked off the mantlepiece.  It suffered a broken leg, both horns broken off with one split in two, and a few minor gashes.  Deciding whether to arrange another visit to Napflion in the Peloponnese to buy another one or buy some glue to fix this one was easy; but in the meantime we bought some glue to fix this one.

W did a great job; you can hardly see the joins, and where the bare earthenware was still showing she painted it with some acrylics to hide it.  It looks rather good back in its place; but the Peloponnese is a rather nice place to visit.....
