A fungi to be with

Short of a photo today so here is one of around 750g of mushrooms I’ve been preparing to make a Hungarian-style mushroom stew for tonight’s dinner (recipe courtesy of the January ‘Delicious’ magazine).  I’m not a vegetarian but I do like a lot of vegetarian food and don’t eat a lot of meat although I could never give it up; my only gripe is that it takes so long to chop everything that goes into most veggie recipes.  So much easier to slap a piece of meat on the grill! (Extra: finished dish added by request!)
