Brewster Mill

I grew up calling this functioning grist mill the Brewster Mill, although officially it's the Stony Brook Grist Mill.  It was built in the 1800's and rehabilitated approximately ten years ago.  Weekends in the summer the mill operates by way of water power to grind up to 400 pounds of corn in a day.  The corn meal is sold to the tourists who also visit a museum on the second floor.  Since the sunset potential was weak this evening (no color at all) it was fun to roam the grounds of the mill today when I had the whole place to myself.
