Sirloin and Malbec (Salentein Portillo Malbec 2017) for lunch - we finally figured out how to get a cook approximating medium rare (“vuelta y vuelta”). They have fantastic beef here, but getting them to not overcook it is difficult and creates a but of scandal. There was also a salad, but it was finished before the steak arrived.
