Big Five 'O'

A good start to the year 2020. Good turn out too... Triple the normal numbers at the Elporto parkrun this morning. A & I turned up with their kids which was lovely and maybe next time they'll take part. Nice to see a couple of dad's from swimming too.

A confusing change of course at the start to compensate for the extra runners. Still muddy as hell and cold as feck, but still all good fun. Got a respectable time (for a mud bath that is) plus it was also my 50th Parkrun.
