Morning Broke

And we got the hell out of Dodge.

9.45am and we were on the road South.
Not nice weather - blowing a gale and raining ….. until we were about 1 mile from the border and somebody switched off the fan and the shower.

Stopped at our usual eating establishment on the A66 for lunch and then on down to Rotherham.
Dropped off the case etc at the hotel and went at surprised the the younger monsters at some building event at the Lego shop in Meadowhell shopping centre.

Lots of smiles and laughter from everyone - apart from Bunny when she was having her nose wiped. Jeez that girl's scream could shatter glass. 

Back at  the house and presents were exchanged.
Butterfly sat and read us a story (beautifully and with emphasis in all the right places) from a book she had never read before ….. brilliant reading skills.

Needing sleep now - no idea what the plans are for tomorrow - just suck it and see I suppose.
